WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CATHOLIC PRIEST FATHERS A CHILD?

The priest, the woman and child are all equally important to the church. It will be improper, to just protect the priest and his priesthood while ignoring the woman and child. The Church authorities, especially the Diocesan Bishop has to play the part of good shepherd in handling of the case in this nature.

This canonical opinion provides example of scenarios of a Catholic Priest fathering a child and how the clergy and Church may handle the above-mentioned canonical offense prudently.
